Scheduling Made Simple
At The Todd Everett Experience, we understand that there’s a lot of hard work that goes into all that fun! That’s why we have a streamlined scheduling process, so that you can spend less time worrying and more time dancing.
Our Process Is Simple!
- We organize a meeting with founder and owner Todd Everett at our office, your venue, or virtually via Zoom.
- We put your event date on hold so that we are ready to serve you.
- We get to know you and your needs better. Then, we create a custom plan for your event music, lighting, and/or photo features. We even have a Smartphone app to make planning easy and seamless!
- We do a final consultation to review details two weeks before your event.
